PsyD Specific Scholarships
There are several types of merit scholarships that students can apply for in the PsyD program. Student scholarships can range from $2000 - $10,000 per year. Scholarships do not “stack” meaning that the student will receive the one scholarship that best fits their qualifications, not multiple scholarships.
Minority Student Merit Scholarship
First Generation Merit Scholarship
This scholarship is based on the overall merit of applicants to the program who are members of ethnic or racial minority groups. The applicants’ overall application will be considered to include academic performance, leadership
roles, potential for contribution to diversity training, and interpersonal style.
This scholarship is for students who are the first generation in their family (considering their parents) to attend college. The applicants’ overall application will be considered to
include academic performance, leadership roles, potential for contribution to diversity training, and interpersonal style.
Christian Leadership Merit Scholarship
This scholarship is for students who have been in leadership roles within Christian institutions. The applicants’ overall
application will be considered to include leadership roles, academic performance, and interpersonal style.
